Route PM: SE delightfully up Birchen Clough, edge W/NW/W/Sly by Ashway Rocks, Ravenstones, Dovestones, Chew Resvr Dam to Wimberry Rocks (tea), down rough ground NE from W end of rocks to Ram's Clough & Oldham Way 020029, Way Nly/W/SW/N to car park.
(The morning section includes a long trespass after the road crossing, and in my opinion should at least be reconsidered. S.W.)
NB:Area around Standing Stones is now be Open Access Land (OS and NE Maps) but seems land owner (Upperwood Estate) is trying to block, a diversion around their land could add up to 5mls - or could stay on East side of A635.
