Beudy Mawr Mines Meet - Ian Wilson & Gary Noble
The weekend will begin with a visit to Cwmorthin mine on the Saturday, with a
two-course meal provided that night, followed by an exploration of Wrysgan mine on
the Sunday. We can provide helmets with headlamps for both mines, but participants
will need Wellingtons or walking boots and outdoor clothing, as we will be exploring
inside both mines. Due to nature of the mines, we are restricting numbers to twelve
for the mine visits (so ten places available to book), but others are welcome to join
the weekend and do their own thing. Please let us know if you’d like to come and
whether you would like one of the mine visit places.
