Join me in exploring the variety of activities on offer from this recently opened hut. Small (8 beds), but beautifully situated on the waterfront of Loch Ewe in the village of Aultbea it is an ideal launch pad for premier cragging (some bolted venues) on high friction gneiss as well as longer mountain routes (SMC Guide N Highlands Central), not to mention a plethora of list-baggers hills in W Fisherfield and N Torridon. Wet weather pastimes such as paddling and open water swimming can start on the doorstep (which is only 150m away from the village pub). To book your bed, contact me.
