I’m hoping for a repeat of last year when the combination of location, weather and people made for a great meet. I can reliably promise at least one of these this year and an opportunity to cave, cycle, climb, run or walk based at Lowstern, Clapham, on the edge of both the Dales and Bowland, in a modern hut with central heating and log fire. I’ll have a couple of walks up my sleeve in case you can’t decide what to do. Let me know by close of play on Tuesday 30 January if you plan to come, whether you need a bed, and whether you want a meal on Saturday night (Caroline’s cheese & onion pie).
