Inverlael Easter Meet Ellie Howarth
Earlier this month, all places were filled for the four nights over Easter at Forest
Way bunkhouse (https:\\forestway.co.uk\), at Inverlael south of Ullapool, but a late
cancellation has been received. So if you’d like to go to this great area of Scotland,
there is a chance that you’ll be lucky – contact Ellie to find out.
There are lots of Munros, Corbetts and Marilyns within reach if that is your thing,
or else road biking or mountain biking.
For a short expedition close to the bunkhouse, why not try the Marilyn Meall Glac
Tigh-fail? A coffin road eases the lower part of the ascent, then on reaching the summit
there is a stunning panorama – the Coigach hills, the Beinn Dearg group, the Fannichs and
the Fisherfield hills. But the star attraction is the view of An Teallach - Ed.
