High Camp – Pen yr Helgi Du – 05 & 06/09/26
Calling all members and guests with access to a tent, bivi bag, tarp or wind break. The meet you’ve all been waiting for is finally here, yes, the High Camp once again returns to Snowdonia. This time to an outlier of the Carneddau, Pen yr Helgi Du (GR – SH 698 630). A perfect location with magnificent views over Ogwen, Cwm Eigiau and far beyond. Why not take a wander of your own choosing and join me for a brew or two before dusk, then a night of star, satellite and meteoroid spotting on Saturday evening before wandering back to the car on Sunday? No need to book in advance, just turn up and say Hi!
