The bit of software that auto-generates the email informing you of new content was upgraded today and appears to have a bug. All of you will probably have received one or more email(s) with the wrong name on them. Sorry! and an even bigger sorry to Alan! I’ve put in a temporary work around until it gets fixed so you won’t get anymore with the wrong name. Ian

Is there somewhere for users to set our own notifications? I’d prefer not to get the Emails – but can’t see where to set this. Thanks !
Hi Karen…yes, you can ‘unsubscribe’. Look at the bottom of the next notification you receive and you will see the following sentence:
“No longer interested in receiving emails about new content on The Rucksack Club website?. Please click here to unsubscribe”
The word ‘here’ on the email is in blue…click on this and you will stop receiving the notifications…I hope! If not, get back in touch.
