In October we have the Austrian Alpine Club from Sunday 8th to Thursday 12th (11 places), a Club Member has booked 2 spaces on the 12th, a Club Member has booked 6 spaces from Friday 13th to Sunday 15th, there is a possibility that a Club member wants 12 spaces on Sunday 15th and also a possibility that Exeter University MC wants 11 spaces for the weekend Friday 20th to Sunday 22nd.
In November, there is a possibility that Exeter University MC wants 11 spaces for the weekend Friday 3rd to Sunday 5th. Beudy is reserved for Club use for the Dinner weekend (10th to 12th) – there are still places available – let me know if you want one as soon as you can. A Club Member has booked 6 spaces for Wednesday 15th and Thursday 16th. There is a Club Meet (Joint meet with MUMC) on the weekend of 18th/19th and a Club Meet the following weekend.
In December , The Austrian Alpine Club have booked the whole hut for the weekend of 16th/17th. A few people have expressed interest in having a New Year ‘get together’ at Beudy.
