Having spent some happy hours going through the High Moss register pages and reconciling the bank payments with the register entries, I would like to politely ask that when payments are made that you do include details of the page and line numbers. This is particularly helpful where one person has paid for several other people in a group. If the line numbers are not included in the payment details then it can be a bit of a guessing game trying to match payments with register lines.
For those who have guests staying and who are then making payments, perhaps members could remind the guests of this procedure.
