Please can all meet leaders that have kindly volunteered (thank you again all) to run a meet please provide a description of your planned meet for inclusion in the calendar (accessible on club website but here’s a link to help https://rucksackclub.org/meets-programme/) and meetstaff. Particularly important for upcoming meets for remainder of 2026 and early 2027 please. If you have provided one it is visible in the meets calendar.
