Occasionally members ask if they can change the Meetstaff format they receive. I have received the following from our Membership Secretary [Carole Smithies] that clarifies how to implement such a change:
“If a member wants to get a hard copy paper version of MS, or to cease to get hard copy of MS, then he/she needs to let me know and I’ll update the database, which includes an MS print or not tick box which enables me to send the posting list to the printers.”
