Hut stay payments
Having spent some happy hours going through the High Moss register pages and reconciling the bank payments with the register entries, I would like to politely ask that when payments are made that you do include details of the page and line numbers. This is particularly helpful where one person has paid for several other people in a group. If the line numbers are not included in the payment details then it can be a bit of a guessing game trying to match payments with register lines. For those who have guests staying and who are then making payments, perhaps members could remind the guests of this procedure. Many thanks to all of those who are already following this procedure as it does make the reconciliation easier. Karen

High Moss Bookings
For members wishing to know about availability at High Moss, all members can find up to date information on the club website. If you select the “Huts” tab then select “Click here for Hut Availability”. Note that you will need to be logged in as a member. I am keeping the calendar for High Moss updated whenever a booking is made. If you wish to make a booking then you can use the email “highmoss@rucksackclub.org” and I will answer your query. Thanks.
