There’s plenty of room at Beudy this coming weekend. OK – the weather forecast isn’t brilliant but the drying room is there for a reason! Get out there! Let me know if you want to go.

Just a reminder – due to a cancellation, Beudy is available this coming weekend (I was going to say free, but some people would take that literally!). The forecast is good(ish), so why not Get Out There! Let me know if you want to go, but remember by the time you’ve ‘ummed and ‘arred, all the bunks might have gone!

There has been a cancellation for the weekend of 19/20 October, which means Beudy is available to book. Let me know if you want to go.

Here’s how it’s looking over the next three months. Next weekend (6th-8th) the hut is full but the following weekend (13th-15th) it is empty at the moment. Lewis Ashton’s Meet is on the next weekend (20th-22nd) – contact Lewis if you intend going. There is no-one in the hut on the last weekend of the month (27th-29th). In October, there is an exclusive booking by Veterans in Sefton from the 8th to the 10th. Derwent MC have booked 6 places on the weekend of 11th-13th. Peak CC have booked 14 places for the following weekend (18th-20th) and the Powsers MC have booked the main dorm for the weekend after (24th-27th). There is space available in the hut on the first weekend in November (1st-3rd). The following weekend is the Club Dinner and Beudy is available to any Members who don’t want to stay in Llandudno. Audrey Russell’s Meet is on the weekend after (15th-17th) – contact Audrey if you want to book a place. This weekend’s Meet has been cancelled so the hut is available. As ever, just let me know if you want to go. The forecast is good, so why not!

Here’s how it’s looking over the next month or so. There is now some room at the hut next weekend (16th-18th August). Chris Alston is using the main dorm so there are spaces available. There is an exclusive Veterans in Sefton group session booked for 21st -23rd but the Bank Holiday weekend immediately is available. Dave Atkinson has a meet the following weekend – contact Dave direct for details. In September, the hut is fully booked from 3rd – 5th and Peak CC have booked 14 places for the weekend of 6th – 8th. The hut is then empty until Lewis Ashton’s meet on 20th – 22nd. The next bookings are then in October and then only for small numbers, so plenty of room available. As ever, let me know if you plan on going.

This is how it’s looking over the next couple of months;- This coming weekend (14-16 June) is Dominic’s Gogarth Meet but about half a dozen people have edged their bets on the weather by booking in the hut. Peak Climbing Club are in the weekend after (21-23 June) with 11 spaces booked and to end the month (28-30) June it’s Pete Edgerton’s Slate Trail Meet. Details in Meetstaff – contact Pete direct if you want to book on the Meet. In July, long-time regulars OBEC (Old Bromsgrovian Expeditionary Club) have booked the whole hut for the first weekend (5-7 July). Netty Llewellyn’s Club Meet is on the following weekend (12-14 July). Again, details in Meetstaff and contact Netty direct. Peak Climbing Club are back are back again (they really like the place!) the weekend after (19-21) with 11 spaces booked. Beudy is then available for the rest of July and, going to press, the whole of August. In fact, there are no bookings for September until Lewis Ashton’s Meet (20-22 September).
